Wireless Internet provides access with fast downloads, no busy signals, and no more disconnections. When using Wireless Internet, your computer is always on the Internet.

What equipment does the customer need?
The customer will need a fixed wireless antenna (provided by Bluebird Wireless), a network card, or an open PCI slot in their computer.

How fast is the Internet connection?
Bluebird Wireless’s wireless connection is capable of providing upload/download speeds up to 10 Meg, which is 300 times faster than dial-up connection.

Where can I buy the wireless network antenna?
The antennas are purchased directly through Bluebird Wireless.

Will I have to learn anything new to use this system?
If you already know how to use a Web browser you will find our system totally transparent. Your computer remains online at all times. You click on your browser icon, and you are online with no delay, and no waiting for a connection.

What are some the advantages to having fast Internet access?
Faster connections will let customers avoid waiting up to 4 minutes for one web page to load. As the Internet evolves, people are developing web pages with many more pictures and active moving things. These types of web pages are difficult for slow connections to process. With fast Internet connections, customers will not have to wait.

Do you need a phone line?
No phone lines are needed to have Bluebird Wireless services. Our Wireless Internet connection will allow you to send and receive information, making it your complete Internet solution.

Is your service like cable modems ADSL?
Cable Modems and DSL require physical wires and middlemen like the phone and cable companies. With Wireless Internet, customers are not dealing with any physical wires. Also Wireless Internet customers are dealing directly with the ISP, which means there is no need for a separate ISP.

Is Internet access unlimited?
Yes, Bluebird Wireless Internet access enables your computer to stay connected 24 hours a day 7days a week 365 days a year. There are no time limits of how long you can use your computer.

Is your service the same as “satellite” Internet service?
Wireless Internet is not like satellite Internet solutions, which download via the dish antenna and upload through a phone line, which is connected to the Internet. Our system does not require phone lines, which enables us to be more cost effective. Also our signal only travels a few miles instead of thousands. Unlike satellite Internet, our system is not affected by certain weather conditions.

Can I use a VPN connection with your service?
Our customers can use a VPN from their home to connect to their corporate office. This allows our customers to work from home.

Can I get a busy signal?
No our system does not require phone lines which makes it impossible to get busy signals.

How secure is my computer?
Bluebird Wireless guarantees the security of the wireless and IP network, it does not
Guarantee the security your personal computer. Bluebird Wireless recommends a firewall software or router with a firewall capability to prevent outside hackers intrusion.

Do you support newsgroups?
Bluebird Wireless does not support newsgroup servers at this time. It something we will be pursuing in the future. Newsgroups can be accessed via many free sites on the Internet such as Google.

How long will it take to get service?
Bluebird Wireless usually will install service within 48 hours.

What do I do if I have any problems with my service?
You to contact our customer service department, and a technical support person will solve your problem as soon as possible.
